Overall fairly clean property, it had pleasant staff and rooms. It had great restaurant for breakfast.

Cordial staff, surprisingly spacious and modernly furnished room, remote location. Cool drinks at rooftop bar, friendly service. It was an essential hotel in a really safe area.

I had a perfect stay with a breakfast included and enjoyed the location, it was perfect and right on the edge of tenderloin. Everything was nice, nonetheless a few employees were grumpy faced.

The location of the hotel was OPTIMAL, the staff were ready to help, we loved a just perfect experience. Near the beach. American breakfast with plenty of options. Nice pool area too.

Great for the money, very good service. We loved this smoking hotel. The venue's position was central. Besides, the area was particularly good, next to The Regency Ballroom Theatre. The breakfast was generous, with impeccable staff and variety of food.

excellent service, helpful enough personnel, modern design. there was a continental breakfast, it included slices of fresh bread, cheese and meats. our room had a great bed and a panoramic view. all in all everything was superb, however we had leaking bathroom. prime location, 10 minutes' walk to a bustling square.

the staff and location were second to none. the hotel itself was in a posh area, short walk to points of interest and restaurants and union square.

Fairly clean and secure accom with unbeatable location next to attractions, restaurants and points of interest, the Golden Gate and Presidio, the bus station. The breakfast was included, I enjoyed it.

The location is particularly good, thoughtful service, the staff is extremely friendly. A single, a single room with a perfect bed. Regarding price, think it's great value for San Francisco.

the hotel is terrific, it has adequate rooms and amiable employees. this venue offers charming location really close to 24 hours and buses and public transport too.

Dog friendly staff, enjoyable location and REASONABLY PRICED breakfast. Exceptional units with an extraordinary view over marina. Thanks to an efficient service I had an outstanding stay. Sandy beach near the place.

Wonderful rooms and food, we loved this urban hotel. Room was spacious and with comfortable beds. They had an easy check-in too. Furthermore, private parking was onsite.

There was no swimming pool.

Greatly enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable, staff was helpful! Only 15 min walk to downtown. The fact that it was right next to Civic Center metro station.

Great choice for trip. This hotel was fine base for exploring San Francisco, really enjoyed it. Adjacent to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Lobby was perfect for breakfast. Friendly people that welcomes you in.

Comfortable beds in the rooms. Free Wi-Fi was available there. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Thai Stick that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Honestly nothing bothered me;)))

Our experience was lovely. We stayed here to visit oracle park, located close to the hotel;))
